All cancellation requests must be submitted to the finance and sales department of 360ECommerce. You can submit your cancellation requests with details through email (email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org ), mailing the letter (At our address on the website). After receipt of your request, our accounts department will issue a confirmation number and advise you on the further process. Your cancellation will not be deemed valid unless you get your cancellation code from our account department.
Money Refund Policy at 360ECommerce
360ECommerce adopts different refund policy for its different services. You are requested to refer to individual service agreements for more details on refund policy.
360ECommerce does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. 360ECommerce will act on the agreement signed upon (Accepted on email, signed electronically or physically signed) by the client and 360ECommerce. 360ECommerce does not offer any refund for the transaction charges (And or bank charges), Amount paid to third parties, for the services already rendered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for EMarketz.
